1. Introduction
Welcome to Wanderpaw. By accessing or using our website and placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in GBP and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, in which case any payment will be refunded in full.
3. Intellectual Property & Your Content
By uploading a photo of your pet you confirm you own the rights to that image and grant Wanderpaw a limited licence to use it for the sole purpose of generating and producing your artwork. The artwork we deliver is for your personal, non-commercial use. Wanderpaw retains ownership of all underlying styles, prompts and templates.
4. Delivery
Digital downloads are made available immediately after your artwork is generated. Printed posters are produced on demand by our print partner and delivered to the shipping address you provide. Estimated delivery times are guidance only and not guaranteed.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Because each artwork is custom-made for you, digital products are non-refundable once delivered. Printed orders that arrive damaged or defective will be reprinted or refunded at our discretion — please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload illegal, harmful, infringing or offensive content, and not to misuse the service in any way that could disrupt it or harm other users. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanderpaw's total liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
